Returns

We want you to love your purchase from She Loves Blooms. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 working days of receiving your order.

Please note: We do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Check Eligibility: Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  2. Email Us: Send an email to hello@shelovesblooms.com with your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Send the Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage.
  5. Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Mailing a return

If you are returning an item, we suggest you ship the return with a signature shipping service or tracking details. If your package does not arrive and you do not use a traceable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you.ย 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.ย 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If youโ€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@shelovesblooms.com

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
